The Division Residence, a midcentury bungalow in Glassell Park, Los Angeles, underwent a top-to-bottom restoration to create a luxurious single-family home.

The challenge was to incorporate modern features and amenities while preserving the home’s original charm and structure. The renovation incorporated upgraded electricals, LED lighting, solar panels, and high-performance glass sliders, all while highlighting the home’s natural concrete structure.

The solution features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an outdoor hot tub, and retrofitted paneling and decor, successfully enhancing the interior aesthetic while maintaining the bungalow’s midcentury architectural style.
