  • The Division Residence, a midcentury bungalow in Glassell Park, Los Angeles, underwent a top-to-bottom restoration to create a luxurious single-family home.

  • The challenge was to incorporate modern features and amenities while preserving the home’s original charm and structure. The renovation incorporated upgraded electricals, LED lighting, solar panels, and high-performance glass sliders, all while highlighting the home’s natural concrete structure.

  • The solution features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an outdoor hot tub, and retrofitted paneling and decor, successfully enhancing the interior aesthetic while maintaining the bungalow’s midcentury architectural style.
