Situated in Shijiazhuang, China, adjacent to a large park, the Hyatt Regency tells a story of urban development coexisting with nature. The design concept aims to create a green axis for the future city, harmoniously integrating natural landscapes with modern architecture. This not only provides a luxurious space for relaxation but also establishes an ecological and cultural landmark within the city.

Creating such a distinctive and environmentally-friendly space in the bustling city center presents significant challenges. There is a need to maintain a balance between high standards of customer experience and business benefits while achieving architectural beauty and sustainability. Additionally, designing a versatile space to accommodate various activities, from business meetings to private weddings, requires meticulous planning and design.

The architectural design utilizes dynamic volumetric arrangements, simulating natural growth through the rotation and retraction of the buildings themselves, and creating a continuous soft visual effect with membrane materials between the two towers. The outdoor spaces are dominated by dynamic sculptural landscapes, providing various usage scenarios such as wedding venues, golf practice areas, and places for afternoon tea, seamlessly integrating with the large park and extending the breadth and depth of the green space.
The public areas combine boutiques and distinctive gardens, using small plazas and greenery to guide the flow of people, enhancing the experience along the street shops, and showcasing their uniqueness. The rose garden on the north side and other exquisite outdoor areas like the outdoor wedding lawn and secret garden offer private and poetic places for afternoon tea and social gatherings. Additionally, the flexible space arrangement and luxurious dining options not only meet the high-end dining needs of guests but also provide venues for various social activities.
